  1. Wash and cut carrots.
  2. Place carrots and broccoli stems (if using) in a large soup stock pot with bone broth.
  3. Add juice from 1 lemon.
  4. Add butter and season with salt.
  5. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until the carrots are soft.
  6. Blend in the pot using an immersion blender.
  7. Taste and add salt if desired.
  8. Garnish with fresh Italian parsley.
