  1. Place cooked rice, sea salt, olive oil and dill in a food processor and process until it’s a smooth texture.
  2. Add broccoli stems and florets and process until you get a light green smooth texture.
  3. Spread the rice mixture onto a cookie sheet covered with unbleached parchment paper.
  4. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 min, then flip over and bake for an additional 20 min.
  5. Alternatively, you may use a dehydrator.
